To doors and trim that look like this:
I am loving it!! It just makes the whole house feel lighter and airy. Not to mention it is a very inexpensive way to update an older home. (ours is almost 14 yrs old). We bought very middle of the road doors and trim to keep the cost down but you can spend as little or as much as you choose. One project that started with new flooring has moved on to be one thing leading to another and another. Who knows, when all of the painting is done maybe crown molding will be next.

ReplyDeleteApplause, applause -- it looks so great, Debbie!
ReplyDeleteI love it white, Debbie! I told my hubby {and he agreed} that I want white doors and trim in our next house. I've lived with stained doors and trim for over 20 years now!
ReplyDeleteWow Debbie! That's a huge difference!! I love it! Thanks so much for linking up. :)
ReplyDeleteLooks great! Did you encounter any problems hanging the new doors? I'm considering replacing the doors in my condo but I don't know if this would be difficult as far as getting them to hang straight? Thanks!
ReplyDeleteWOW! What a huge difference that makes! Love it! I want crown molding in every room - one of these days.
ReplyDeleteAhhh!! You are speaking my language! Our current doors are exactly like your old doors and our house is sixteen years old. I can't stand them--YUCK! We are in the process of upgrading our trim to nice high white trim and it is making the old doors look even WORSE--I didn't know that was possible!
ReplyDeleteMy husband was hoping we could put off the doors for a few more years and I'm REALLY hoping that we can get going on this project soon. We're scared of the cost though!
Your doors and trim look so nice and really give your home a fresh and updated look.
