I got this recipe from a sweet friend several years ago. It is is a favorite for just about any celebration from bridal showers to Christmas parties. We also like to stack them in cellophane bags tied with christmas ribbons for gifts for our neighbors and friends. It is one of hubby's favorite cookies. Hope you enjoy them too.

I think gingersnaps don't get the attention they deserve--and this is a really cool way to dress them up, and bring them front and center.
ReplyDeleteYum! I have a very similar recipe but never thought to dip them in candy melts. That's so clever of you.
ReplyDeleteThose look divine! I love gingersnaps but have never made them myself. Everything is better dipped in chocolate, going to have to try my hand at these for sure :)
ReplyDeleteThese could be so elegant with them dipped in chocolate. I do love a good gingersnap cookie and when you dip it in white chocolate -- heaven! Joni
