Happy Valentines Day!!
Happy Valentines Day to all of you!! Do you have special traditions in your home on Valentines day?
Do you celebrate as a family or do just you and your hubby celebrate? One of our traditions when all of my girls were home was to make waffles topped with Strawberries and whipped cream for dinner. The girls loved this tradition. Often we would make heart shaped cookies to decorate too. We mainly just keep it low key. would love to hear what you do.

Happy Valentine's Day to you too dear Debbie! My Hubby and I will go out to eat but just something simple:) I delivered Valentine's goodies to my Grandbabies a few minutes ago and got HUGS all around! Enjoy your day my friend! HUGS!
ReplyDeleteHappy Valentine's Day! Pretty lowkey at our house. Hubby gave me a wonderful Starbucks mug, red with 2 white hearts, & a SBX giftcard for my coffee fix. I gave him a vintage card with a little squirrel on it (family joke) & a jar of a type of Chowchow for beans that I can only get at the Scott's Antique Mkt that comes to Atlanta once a month. Now that's romantic! LOL!! We might go out to eat Mexican tonight depending on how tired I am after work. That's about it! PAM
ReplyDeleteThat a great tradition! My kids would love that! We usually have some kind of treat - heart shaped cookies or brownies or chocolates. Hubby and I went to dinner last night instead of tonight.
ReplyDeleteHappy Valentines Day Debbie!
ReplyDeleteI've always made something sweet for them to eat, usually individual red velvet cakes in my heart shaped cupcake pan. This year I made heart shaped fudge brownies in the pan! YUM!
ReplyDeleteWe have this chocolate making tradition and later give it to our beloved ones. Its much more special and endearing than store bought chocos. Happy Hearts Day!
ReplyDeleteVery low key as we believe that love should be spontaneous and for every day not just for San Valentino. However I did get a surprise box of plain chocolate cherry liqueur chocolates in a heart shaped box yesterday.
